MAG is pleased to be part of the 4th Merrickville Festival of the Arts which will take place on July 27-28, 2024, from 11am to 6pm at the beautiful Blockhouse Park on the banks of the Rideau River adjacent to the historic Rideau Canal locks. This is a collaborative effort involving The Merrickville Organization for Culture & the Arts (MOCA) and the Merrickville Arts Guild (MAG).

- Live Music: Experience an electrifying lineup of local and nearby musicians!
- Free Night Concert: Join us on Saturday, July 27th, at 7:00 PM in the United Church for an unforgettable performance by the wildly popular Tripoly and the Grenville Troubadours. Donations to The Pews are warmly welcomed at the door.
- Creative Vibes: Urban Sketchers will capture our village’s unique architecture, while MAG artists showcase their brilliant work nearby.
- Harry F. McLean Tribute: Discover the captivating story of Merrickville’s historical legend, Harry F. McLean, through the eyes of MAG artist and professional storyteller Johanna Kuyvenhoven.
- Family Fun: Activities for kids in collaboration with Merrickville Day Nursery School and l’École élémentaire catholique Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys.
