About Anyès
Like many artists, I’m in awe of the natural world. My artwork is detail oriented, often including little insects in the composition. I believe that even the smallest and sometimes ugliest or scariest creatures are precious to this world. I describe my style as classical realism with a modern colourful palette, balancing technique and emotion. I work predominantly with acrylic paints, but I will occasionally use pastels, watercolours, even markers, depending on the subject. I gladly accept commissioned work.
